Affiliate Program Terms

This page sets out the agreement between ExoLabz and each affiliate enrolled in the exolabz.co program. By applying, accepting a tracking link or taking a commission, you agree to everything below. The affiliate program page explains the offer in everyday terms; if the two disagree, this page applies.

1. What you are joining

Give 10% / Get 10% means two things. A shopper who reaches exolabz.co through your link, your QR code or your coupon code gets 10% off that order. You then receive 10% of the product value of each qualified order that shopper ever places, with no end date on the attribution while both you and the shopper remain in good standing. Accepted affiliates get a tracking link, a QR code, a coupon code and a dashboard that updates as clicks, orders and commissions are logged.

2. Eligibility

We built this program for publishers whose readers are researchers: analytical-chemistry blogs, laboratory supply directories, procurement newsletters, comparison and review sites, and similar outlets. Applications are reviewed within 24 hours. We can turn down any application without giving a reason.

3. Attribution

A shopper is attributed to you when their last click before purchase came from your tracking link, or when they enter your coupon code at checkout. If two affiliates could claim one shopper, the most recent link click or the code used at checkout wins. Orders placed by you, your relatives, your staff or any account under your control are not attributed; self-referral in any form voids the commission.

4. Qualified orders and commission

Commission is 10% of the product subtotal after the shopper’s discount, before shipping and fees, on each order that is paid, shipped and not refunded. A partial refund cuts the commission by the same share; a full refund or chargeback removes it. Commission is calculated in US dollars.

5. Required disclosure

The Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides require that a material connection between you and ExoLabz be disclosed in a way readers cannot miss. In practice this means a plain statement, in the same place and format as the content itself, that appears before the first link or code and says you earn money when readers buy. “Affiliate link” at the bottom of a page, a hashtag in a long list, a note in a bio, or text hidden behind an expand control does not satisfy this section. Video and audio must carry the disclosure in the spoken or on-screen content, not only in the description.

6. What you may not publish

• Nothing about use. Do not write, say, show or imply how any of our materials would be used in a person or in any living organism, including amounts, routes, timing or schedules. Do not describe what someone would expect to notice, gain or change from such use. Do not publish before-and-after images or testimonials of that kind.
• No audience targeting by sex or age. Do not describe a product as being for a sex, an age range or any group of people.
• No bundling. Do not present our materials beside, or packaged with, any food, drink, supplement or other consumable.
• No brand or pharmaceutical names for the GLP line. Our GLP-1, GLP-2 (GLP-1/GIP) and GLP-3 (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon) research materials are to be called exactly that. You may not attach a trade name, a brand name or a pharmaceutical name to them, or suggest they are equivalent to any marketed product.

7. Traffic you may not send

• Paid search on our brand is prohibited. You may not bid on “ExoLabz”, “exolabz.co” or variants and misspellings of either, and you may not route paid search clicks to us through your link.
• Coupon aggregators, deal forums and code directories are off limits for your code unless we approve the specific placement in writing beforehand.
• Unsolicited email, direct messages, comment spam and forum spam are prohibited. Send your link only to people who have chosen to hear from you.
• Do not pose as ExoLabz. Our name may not appear in your domain, handle or page titles.

8. Coupon codes and other offers

Your code takes 10% off and cannot be combined with any other code. When a shopper uses a sale code instead, no code attribution is made, though the order can still reach you through your tracking link under section 3.

9. Milestone bonuses and volume deals

Tiered bonuses are paid when your monthly attributed orders cross the milestones shown in your dashboard; we may change those milestones with 30 days’ notice. Affiliates who deliver steady volume can request a custom deal, confirmed in writing.

10. Payment

A commission is payable after its order has cleared our refund window and any reversal has been posted. We pay in cryptocurrency or by another method agreed in writing before the first payout. You are responsible for taxes on what you earn and for giving us accurate payment details.

11. Withholding and clawback

We may withhold, reverse or recoup any commission tied to a breach of sections 3, 6 or 7, to a fraudulent or charged-back order, or to artificial attribution such as cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames or self-referral. Our determination on attribution and on breaches is final.

12. Term and termination

You or we can end this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We can end it immediately for a breach of section 6 or 7. Within seven days of termination you must take down our links, codes and QR codes. Commission on qualified orders placed before the termination date is still paid, minus anything withheld under section 11.

13. Other terms

You act as an independent publisher, not as our agent, employee or partner. We may update this agreement by posting the new text here and emailing the address on your application; using your link 30 days after that email is acceptance. Questions go through the contact page.
