Certificates of analysis

Evidence about one batch: that is what a certificate amounts to, each report applying only to the production lot printed on it, and it should not be read as a blanket statement about the product. The number labeled purity comes out of RP-HPLC as a percentage of peak area, and it is worth reading as that and no more. Regulatory position

Because Florida has at times scheduled a substance ahead of Washington, checking the state list carries more weight for a lab here than it would in many other states.
