Delivery times by state

What we supply

The range runs to forty-four items in eight compound classes. Each one is a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial, intended only for in vitro and analytical laboratory work, and the complete list can be browsed in one place at the lab.

You will see some items named by the receptors they target, such as GLP-1, GLP-2 (GLP-1/GIP) and GLP-3 (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon), instead of by a brand. We do this on purpose. A brand name identifies a specific approved medicine with its own approved use, and attaching one to a research reference material would suggest a sameness that is not there. A target-based name says what the molecule is designed to bind and makes no claim beyond that.

Elsewhere in the catalog, compounds keep the research designations that appear in the published literature and on their certificates, for example BPC-157, TB-500, SS-31, MOTS-C and GHK-Cu. The milligram figure in a product name is the mass of lyophilized peptide in the vial, not a concentration, and a blend’s figure is the combined mass of its components. When cross-checking a compound against a chemical database, search by its name or sequence; database record numbers are sometimes reassigned, and an outdated one can point to an unrelated entry.

Shipping across the United States

We ship to every state from inventory held in the US, so nothing about a domestic order involves customs clearance, import duty or a broker’s fee. Depending on the service you choose and where the parcel is going, most deliveries take between two and five business days.

Checkout lists more than one carrier service, each with its own estimate, so the trade-off between price and speed is yours to make on the day. Any order over $200 USD ships free to a US address; smaller orders are charged at the rate shown in checkout.

An order that clears the cut-off on a business day is packed and handed over that same day, and anything after the cut-off leaves on the next business day. Receiving a shipment at a US address

The carrier’s delivered status reflects the moment a parcel reaches an institution’s receiving point, which at a large university or hospital is rarely the laboratory itself. Moving it from the dock to the right room is an internal job, and depending on the site it can take a few hours or most of the next working day. It is sensible to find out how your own institution handles that step before an order is time-critical.

Go through the vials with the paperwork in hand before any of them is stored. A printed batch number is not something our vials carry, so each is matched to the documentation by cap and crimp color, the count then being checked against what was ordered. Storage once it arrives

Robustness in transit is a property of the material on the road, not a guide to how it should be kept once it is off the road. The conditions that apply after a vial reaches the building are covered in storage and stability of lyophilized research peptides.

Solutions form a separate subject, taken up in choosing a reconstitution solvent and freeze-thaw cycles in peptide solutions. Certificates of analysis

Third-party reports that we have obtained are reproduced in full on the certificates of analysis page. Some catalog compounds are not yet covered, and each report relates to the single production lot it names; it is a record of that lot, not a general statement about the product or about us as a supplier.

Purity figures come from RP-HPLC and are given as area percentages, meaning the proportion of the peptide material detected that is the target sequence. Sterility, endotoxin, residual solvents and net peptide content are measured by different tests, and a purity figure does not address any of them. If a test was not performed, it does not appear on the certificate and we do not claim it. Regulatory position

All ExoLabz products are supplied for laboratory research use only. None has FDA approval for human use, and none is approved for human consumption or for clinical or veterinary application. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease.
