Where We Ship

ExoLabz dispatches every order from stock held in the USA, so a delivery to any US address is treated as a domestic parcel. It never passes through customs, draws no import duty or broker’s charge, and cannot be caught in the kind of open-ended clearance hold that an imported package sometimes meets. Below you will find where we deliver, typical transit times, and the factors that make one state’s estimate differ from another’s.

Deliveries go to all fifty states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We do not accept international orders.

The table gives ground transit counted from dispatch. It does not include packing time: an order in before the daily cut-off on a business day is packed and handed over that day, and a later order the next business day. Faster services appear next to ground at checkout, each with an estimate of its own, so you can decide on the day whether speed is worth the extra cost. Shipping is free on orders over $200 USD, and smaller orders pay the tracked rate calculated at checkout.

A carrier estimate is a forecast, not a promise. After dispatch, the date on the parcel’s own tracking page supersedes any figure given here, which describes typical conditions only.

Each state, plus the District of Columbia, has a page of its own on delivery and local receiving, and forty cities with a concentration of research institutions have more detailed pages. Here they are grouped by region, with each city listed alongside its state:

What changes the estimate

• Region. Addresses in the Mountain West and on the Pacific coast usually take one to two days, the Midwest and South two to three, and the Northeast and New England three to four. Alaska and Hawaii are served by air.
• Holidays. Carriers do not run on federal holidays, and a campus receiving office may also close for a state or local holiday that the carrier does not observe, leaving a parcel undelivered for the day.
• Weather on a key corridor. Closures on mountain stretches of I-80 and I-70 affect ground freight moving between regions, so a storm far from both sender and recipient can still delay a parcel by a day or more.
• Hurricane season. Between June and November, carriers may pause ground service along the Gulf coast and in Florida for several days at a time.
• Rural and remote ZIP codes. Where the local delivery route does not run every day, an otherwise short trip can gain an extra day at the end.
• Institutional receiving. At universities, hospitals and federal sites the carrier records delivery at the central receiving point. The internal hand-off from there to your laboratory is invisible in the tracking record.

Packaging and handling

Lyophilized peptides travel as a stable dry powder in plain outer packaging that does not describe its contents, and over these transit times they do not need a cold chain. Policies

Our complete delivery terms are in the shipping policy. A lost, late or damaged parcel is dealt with under the returns and purity guarantee policy. For larger or recurring quantities, request a quote through bulk and repeat orders.
