On this page
The short answer to whether a vendor is legitimate is never on the vendor’s own page; it is in whatever the vendor publishes that a stranger can test. This page lists what exolabz.co publishes, what it sells, what it refuses to do, and the specific checks that let you confirm each point without taking our word for any of it.
What we are not
We are a vendor of research materials and nothing else. We do not tell anyone how a compound might be used, we make no claims about what a compound does outside a laboratory assay, and we do not answer questions of that kind by email or chat either. We sell no consumables, no accessories and nothing bundled with the vials. The one line that appears at the foot of every page on this site is also the only claim we make about use: the products are for laboratory research only.
Who runs the site and where orders come from
ExoLabz is a Canadian company with its legal entity in British Columbia, Canada, as shown in the site footer. exolabz.co is the US store: prices are in US dollars, orders go only to US addresses, and parcels leave from a facility in Utah as tracked FedEx Express domestic shipments in plain-label packaging. Because nothing crosses a border, there is no customs, duty or brokerage on any order. Our Canadian store, exolabz.ca, serves Canadian addresses and is otherwise the same company with the same certificates and guarantee. The about page holds what else we say about ourselves; we do not publish a founding year, staff names or a headcount, and we would rather leave the page shorter than fill it with things we cannot stand behind.
What is sold
Synthetic peptides as lyophilized research material in sealed glass vials, sold to researchers and laboratories. The catalog lists each product with its label quantity in milligrams and its USD price. Single compounds include BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, sermorelin, ipamorelin, PT-141, MOTS-c and others; the GLP-1, GLP-2 (GLP-1/GIP) and GLP-3 (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon) research SKUs are listed by receptor target; and a few blends are sold as a single vial with the composition stated on the page. Label milligrams are gross. Net peptide content, after the counter-ion and residual water are taken into account, is typically 70–90% of the label figure, and a certificate that reports a measured quantity will show the difference.
What is published, and where
| Published item | Where | What it contains |

| Verification steps | How to verify an ExoLabz certificate | How to confirm any report with the laboratory that issued it and match a vial to its batch by cap and crimp color |
| Guarantee | Purity guarantee | Independent test of any vial; product and testing fee refunded if it misses the specification on its certificate and the unused material is returned with the report |
| Damage and cancellation terms | Refund and returns policy | Damaged or incorrect items reported with photographs within 7 calendar days; cancellation before dispatch refunded less a 5% transaction fee |
| Shipping terms | Shipping policy and where we ship | Dispatch timing, transit by region, free shipping over $200 USD, coverage of all 50 states and Puerto Rico |
| Payment methods | Payment methods | Credit card and cryptocurrency; no discount or surcharge for either |
| Prices and tiers | Each product page and the cart | USD list price; 5% off for 2–5 vials, 10% for 6–7, 15% for 8–9, 25% for 10 or more, applied automatically across the whole cart |
| Reviews | Customer reviews | What customers have written, without a headline score from us |
| Affiliate terms | Affiliate program | Give 10% / Get 10%, lifetime attribution, public terms |
Two things are deliberately absent from that table. We do not write our own reviews, and we do not describe any certificate as covering the lot that is shipping today. A certificate covers the batch photographed on its page; coverage of other lots grows as reports come back from the laboratories.
Five checks that do not rely on us
- Take the verification key from any Janoshik report, or the access code from any ILS certificate, to the laboratory’s own website and compare its record with our page. The verify guide in the table above lists the fields to compare.
- Read the FAQ, the shipping policy and the guarantee together and look for any statement that contradicts another. Our pages are written to agree with each other, and if you find a place where they do not, tell us.
- Order one vial, send it to an independent laboratory of your choosing, and hold us to the guarantee if it misses its specification. The refund covers the product and the test.
- Check your vial’s cap and crimp against the batch photographs. Our vials carry no printed lot number, so the two colors are the only link between a vial and a report; a vial that matches none of the published photographs is from a lot without a published certificate, and the guarantee still applies.
- Compare the USD price per milligram with any other vendor’s, dividing price by label milligrams, and note whether the other vendor’s figure comes with a laboratory name, a document number and a verification route.
Getting in touch
The contact page is the route for everything: order questions, certificate questions, damage reports within the 7-day window, and affiliate applications. Quote your order number where you have one, and for a certificate question include the certificate page address and a photograph showing the vial’s cap and crimp. We answer what falls within research materials and the terms above, and we say plainly when a question falls outside it.
All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal use.
