What does “research use only” mean?

It means the material is supplied for in vitro and laboratory work and is not an authorised health product. It has not been assessed by the FDA for safety or efficacy in people, holds no FDA approval, and is not supplied for administration to humans or animals.

Do you provide certificates of analysis?

Yes. Batches are tested by third-party laboratories and certificates of analysis are published on this site. Each COA includes photographs of the batch.

What is on a certificate of analysis?

ExoLabz certificates report third-party laboratory testing, including peptide identity confirmation and purity, with HPLC and/or mass spectrometry data where applicable.

Why does a 10mg vial not contain 10mg of peptide?

Lyophilized peptides are supplied as salts, most often trifluoroacetate, and are hygroscopic. Vial weight includes counter-ion and residual water, so net peptide content is typically 70-90%. Use that figure rather than nominal vial weight when calculating concentrations.

How should peptides be stored on arrival?

Transfer to a refrigerator at 2-8 C without opening. Before first use, let the sealed vial reach room temperature so atmospheric moisture does not condense onto the powder, then reseal promptly. Aliquot on first opening to avoid repeated temperature cycling.

Do peptides need cold-chain shipping?

Lyophilized powder is stable over normal transit windows and does not require cold chain for standard delivery. Extended storage at ambient temperature should be avoided.

Where do orders ship from, and how long does delivery take?

Every ExoLabz order is packed and dispatched from our facility in Utah, so a US delivery is a domestic parcel: it clears no customs, and no duty or carrier brokerage applies. Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are dispatched the same day and the rest leave the next business day, always with tracking. Typical tracked transit is one to two business days across the Mountain and Pacific states, two to three to the Midwest and South, and three to four to the Northeast.

What is the difference between GLP-1, GLP-2 and GLP-3?

They differ in how many receptors the peptide activates. GLP-1 targets the GLP-1 receptor; GLP-2 (GLP-1/GIP) is a dual incretin-receptor agonist; GLP-3 (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon) adds the glucagon receptor. All three are class B1 G-protein-coupled receptors that signal primarily through Gs and cAMP.

Is free shipping available in the USA?

Is it legal to buy research peptides in the USA?

The compounds ExoLabz supplies are not scheduled under the federal Controlled Substances Act and are not DEA-controlled, and they are supplied as research materials rather than as approved drugs. That is a narrow statement rather than a broad permission: a substance can sit entirely outside the CSA and still be an unapproved new drug under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act if it is sold or represented for human use, and a small number of states regulate certain research chemicals more tightly than federal law does. The purchaser is responsible for determining the legal status and permissible use of any product in their own jurisdiction. Do you provide dosing or administration guidance?

No, and we will not, in any channel. ExoLabz does not provide dosing schedules, administration routes, reconstitution volumes expressed as a dose, or cycle protocols. The analytical, storage and laboratory-handling information published on this site exists so material can be identified, verified and stored correctly; it is not instruction for use in a person or animal. A supplier that offers guidance of that kind has stepped outside the research-use-only framing its own disclaimer depends on.

How do I match a vial to its certificate?

ExoLabz vials do not carry a printed batch number. Each certificate of analysis includes photographs of the batch it describes, and the vial is matched against those by cap and crimp colour. Compare the vial in your hand against the photographs on the certificate for that product before the material goes into storage, and save the certificate as a file alongside your own receiving record — a link is not a record.
