All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued. By purchasing from ExoLabz, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. General Refund & Return Eligibility
We only accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
The item was damaged in transit
The item is faulty, defective, or incorrect
The product does not meet its listed purity specification as verified by an independent third-party laboratory
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, unauthorized use, or opened/used products. We also do not provide refunds for pre-order items.
3. Purity Guarantee & Third-Party Testing
Every product shipped by ExoLabz has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) previously completed validating that it meets or exceeds purity standards (typically ≥98% unless otherwise specified).
If you choose to verify the product’s purity independently:
We will reimburse you for the cost of third-party purity testing
You must provide an official lab report from an accredited testing facility showing the product does not meet the COA claim
If confirmed, we will issue a 100% refund including your lab testing fee and shipping cost (for unused product return)
To be eligible, the product must remain unopened and unaltered. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that are not properly substantiated.
4. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:
Notify us via email within 7 calendar days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photo/video proof
Once approved, we will offer either:
A full replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund, including return shipping if applicable
Returned items must be in original packaging and unopened. Please note, if a return is authorized, it will strictly be paid out with crypto currency.
5. Refunds for Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped:
Before fulfillment: full refund minus 5% transaction fee.

6. Bulk Orders & Custom Compounds
Due to the nature of research compounds:
Bulk orders and custom-manufactured peptides are final sale unless product is proven defective or fails purity
Testing, shipping, and regulatory verification may be required before refund approval.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the USD equivalent rate at the time of refund
Allow 5–7 business days for refund processing
You’ll be notified by email once your refund is issued
8. Return Shipping Instructions
If a return is authorized:
Use tracked, insured shipping where possible
Package the item securely in its original container
We will provide a return address and instructions upon approval
Return shipping is covered by us only if the product is faulty or mislabeled
9. Liability & Limitations
ExoLabz’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question
We are not liable for indirect losses, research delays, or experimental outcomes

By purchasing, you agree to hold ExoLabz harmless from any misuse, misapplication, or unauthorized experimentation.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
This Refund & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. It is intended to comply with all relevant federal and state consumer protection and privacy legislation, including but not limited to:
Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (unfair or deceptive acts or practices)
The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as it applies to products supplied for research use only
The CAN-SPAM Act and applicable state privacy statutes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies
Any disputes arising from purchases or returns shall be subject to binding arbitration or legal recourse in the State of Utah only.

Cancelling an order before dispatch
An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email support@exolabz.co with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, the conditions set out above apply.
Products that cannot be returned
Because these are laboratory chemicals whose identity, purity and storage history cannot be verified once they have left our custody, we cannot accept the return of any product whose seal has been broken, whose packaging has been opened, or which has been stored outside the conditions stated on the product page. This restriction exists to prevent material of unverifiable provenance re-entering supply, and it applies regardless of the reason for the return.
Refunds where we decline to supply
ExoLabz may cancel an order and refund it in full, before or after payment, where the purchaser eligibility representations made at checkout appear to be inaccurate, or where we have reason to believe that a product may be intended for use in humans or animals. A refund issued on that basis is not an admission of any kind and gives rise to no further remedy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right, warranty, condition, guarantee or remedy available to you under applicable federal or state consumer protection legislation, or under any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where such legislation applies, this policy operates only to the extent that legislation permits.

They are not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator for any use in humans or animals, and no refund, replacement or other remedy under this policy is available in respect of any use outside the permitted purposes set out in our Terms and Conditions.
