Below you will find who qualifies for one, the five things the form asks, what the quote commits us to, and the requests we do not take on. Submit the form at the foot of the page to start; it is the only way we issue wholesale pricing.

Why ten vials is the line

Up to that point the cart does the work: 25% comes off automatically at ten or more vials, counted across every line in the order, and the two GLP-3 10-packs are stocked for buyers who want that tier in a single item. The bulk orders page covers both. Past ten vials of one compound, or where a project needs several compounds drawn from single lots, pricing depends on what we can commit to from stock, so we quote per request in US dollars.

Who qualifies

• Institutions, meaning universities, colleges, research hospitals and government or non-profit laboratories buying through a department or purchasing office.
• Laboratories, meaning private analytical, testing and contract-research facilities with a US delivery address.
• Resellers whose customers are laboratories, where the reseller can show that its downstream buyers are laboratories.
• Researchers ordering for a study, where a named individual orders on behalf of a specific project at a specific organization and the parcel goes to that organization.

A quote belongs to the entity on the form and cannot be moved to another company or to a home address.

The five things the form asks

1. Entity or institution name, exactly as the invoice should read.
2. Intended research use: one or two sentences on the type of laboratory work the material supports. We do not need a method or a study design.
3. The entity’s delivery address. We ship to US addresses only, and only to the address of the entity named.
4. Estimated monthly quantity in vials, so we know whether to set a lot aside for you even if the first order stands alone.
5. Compounds and sizes, named as they appear in the catalog.

If something is missing we write back for it. If an answer puts the request in the declined list, we say so and close it.

What a quote includes

• A per-vial price in USD for a stated quantity, valid for the period printed on the quote.
• Single-lot lines wherever stock allows. If a line must draw on more than one lot, the quote says so and gives the number of lots; lot-to-lot variation explains why a study may care.
• Material from the lot named on the quote, matched by cap and crimp color to batch photographs exactly as retail vials are, with any published certificate for that lot linked.
• A dispatch date. Parcels leave our Utah facility as tracked FedEx Express domestic shipments in plain-label packaging; the state-by-state transit estimates on the shipping policy run from the dispatch date.
• Payment by credit card or cryptocurrency, as described on the payment methods page. For institutions, NET terms may be offered after a first paid order; this is at our discretion and confirmed in writing.
• Our standard purity guarantee: have any vial tested independently, and if it misses the specification on its certificate we refund the product and the testing fee.

Requests we decline

• Anything that points to personal use: a residential delivery address, a use statement that is not laboratory work, or quantities that make no sense for the stated project.
• Requests that ask how a material should be used, how much, or how often. We sell research materials with certificates and give no guidance on use.
• Consumables, and any request to pack our materials with consumables.
• Shipping to an address outside the United States, Puerto Rico excepted, or to a forwarding service.

Declining a request is a statement about the order, not about the person making it, and we do not revisit a declined request unless the facts change.

Refer a lab

Refer a laboratory by asking it to name you in the “Referred by” field of the form below. When that lab places its first qualified order both labs receive store credit; we state the amount in the quote reply. The referred lab must name you on its own form, and each lab can be referred only once.

What happens next

Every submission is read by a person and answered by email. If the request fits, the reply is the quote; if one detail is missing, we ask for it once. Do not send payment until you hold a quote with a dispatch date. For anything that is not a quote request, use the contact page.
