Results in plain English
The sample tested at 99.24% purity, held 10.5 mg of net peptide against a 10 mg label, matched the KPV reference standard on retention time, and was negative on a fentanyl screen. It was received August 25, 2026 and analyzed August 31, 2026.

Limits
- It’s a KPV-only certificate. It doesn’t test KLOW or any KLOW lot.
- No mass spectrometry, sterility or endotoxin results.
- Sample name and lot KPV108182026OU are as declared by the submitter; ILS says it hasn’t verified them.
Can I match it to a KLOW vial?
No. Our vials are matched to their certificates by cap and crimp color, and the vial pictured on this report is a standalone KPV vial. Treat it as background on the KPV component, not as the certificate for your KLOW vial.
