Bottom line from the lab
The sample passed every line ILS tested. Purity came in at 99.83% against the lab’s 95% minimum, net peptide content was 10.32 mg for a 10 mg label, identity was confirmed, and the fentanyl screen found nothing above its 50 ng/mL cutoff.
The chromatogram on the certificate is worth a look too: a single tall peak, which is what you want to see behind a high purity number.
For context, 99.83% means the PT-141 peak accounted for that share of the peptide-related signal the lab’s HPLC method detected at 214 nm. - Identity is by HPLC retention time versus a reference standard, not mass spectrometry, so there’s no molecular-weight readout.
