Kansas City is a major sort point on the I-70 corridor and is served directly, which keeps its band fixed at two business days instead of drifting the way an end-of-line city sometimes does. Chromatographic purity is what the headline percentage means: the portion of the peak area attributable to the sequence ordered. Four other things get measured elsewhere, by their own methods, and the percentage tells you nothing about any of them. They are net peptide content, endotoxin, sterility and residual solvents.
